Your subscription is processed through our payment partner (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). You can view payment history, update your payment method, or cancel directly from the confirmation email you received at purchase. If you cannot locate that email, contact us and we will help.

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase. Email us with your registered email address and a brief reason and we will process it promptly. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.

Copy the question text (or tell us the topic and number) and what you believe the correct answer is, ideally with a reference to the relevant Government Code section or the official Notary Public Handbook. We review and update within 48 hours if a correction is warranted.

If you completed our full question bank and did not pass your state exam, email us a copy or photo of your official result letter from CPS HR Consulting. We will extend your access at no charge. See our Terms of Service for eligibility details.
