A few things we can help with quickly:
Account or login issues
Try resetting your password first using the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If that does not work, email us with the address you used to register and we will sort it out.
Payment or access questions
Each state is sold as a one-time purchase through Creem, with no automatic renewal. If you have a question about a payment, receipt, or access period, contact us using the email address associated with your order.
Refund requests
Refunds are available when requested within 7 calendar days of your original purchase. Email us using the address associated with your order; no reason is required. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Found an error in a question?
Copy the question text (or tell us the topic and number) and what you believe the correct answer is, ideally with a reference to the relevant Government Code section or the official Notary Public Handbook. We review and update within 48 hours if a correction is warranted.
