Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident before you buy. This page explains exactly when and how you can request a refund — including our pass-or-refund guarantee.

1. Digital Product

NotaryExamPrep.com sells digital access to online practice question banks and study tools. Because our content is delivered instantly upon purchase, refund eligibility is subject to the conditions described below.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

✓ Request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

✓ No reason required — if it's not working for you, we'll refund you.

✓ Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

✓ Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

To request a refund, email us at contact@NotaryExamPrep.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

3. Pass-or-Refund Guarantee

If you complete the full question bank for your state and still do not pass your official state notary exam, contact us with a copy of your official exam result letter. We will issue a full refund of your purchase price, subject to the following conditions:

→ You must have answered at least 80% of the available questions in your state's question bank before your exam date.
→ Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your official exam results.
→ You must provide a copy of your official exam result letter as proof of the failed attempt.
→ This guarantee applies to the state notary public exam only — not to any other certification or test.
→ Refunds are limited to one claim per purchase. Repurchases after a refund are not eligible for a subsequent guarantee claim.
→ Your refund request must be submitted within one (1) year of your original purchase date.

To submit a claim, email contact@NotaryExamPrep.com with the subject line "Pass Guarantee Refund Request" and attach your exam result letter. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Requests Outside These Windows

Refund requests made after the 7-day window and not qualifying under the Pass Guarantee are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We encourage you to reach out — we would rather resolve a concern than leave a customer dissatisfied.
